Refund & Cancellation Policy

At YouthLight, we deeply value the trust of our donors. As a non-profit NGO, we use donations to fund our programs and operations. Please read our refund policy below:
Donations
- All donations are final and cannot be refunded. 
- In case of a technical error or duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 days at contact@youthlight.org with proof of the transaction. 
- Any request for refund is subject to review and will be processed at the discretion of YouthLight management. 
Cancellation
- Once a donation is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled. 
- If you believe an error was made in the amount or frequency of your donation, please inform us promptly. 
Tax Deduction Receipts
- Donations eligible under Section 80G will receive a digital receipt within 10 business days. 
- Inaccurate donor information (e.g., PAN or email) may delay or prevent issuance of receipts. 
Security
We follow best practices to protect your data. However, no online platform is 100% secure. We advise users to be cautious while sharing personal data online.
